Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging where applicable.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at Support@Shopheritagehub.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital downloads or gift cards
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered

Supplier-Fulfilled Items (Shopify Collective)

Some products are fulfilled directly by our supplier partners. Returns for these items may need to be shipped back to the original supplier. We will coordinate the return process on your behalf — please contact us first before shipping anything back.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
