Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Standard Shipping — Estimated delivery in 5–7 business days
Express Shipping — Estimated delivery in 2–3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations including Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Japan, and more. International orders are shipped via USPS or DHL Express, with estimated delivery times of 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Supplier-Fulfilled Items (Shopify Collective)

Some products in our catalog are fulfilled directly by our trusted supplier partners. These items may ship separately from other items in your order and may have slightly different processing and delivery timelines. You will receive individual tracking information for each shipment.
